Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below before scheduling your service.

Booking Confirmation

  • All appointments must be confirmed via phone, email, or online form.

  • A service window will be provided in advance.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time with no fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee to cover technician scheduling and travel time.

No-Shows

  • If our technician arrives and the customer is unavailable or the job site is inaccessible, a minimum service fee of $40 may apply.

💵 Refunds

  • Payments made in advance are fully refundable if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance.

  • No refunds are issued for completed services unless there is a proven issue with the workmanship. We stand behind our quality and offer to revisit and resolve concerns within 72 hours of service.

🛠️ Service Warranty

  • We offer a 7-day workmanship guarantee. If any issues arise due to our assembly or installation, we’ll return at no additional charge.
