✅ Booking Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed via phone, email, or online form.
A service window will be provided in advance.
🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time with no fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee to cover technician scheduling and travel time.
❌ No-Shows
If our technician arrives and the customer is unavailable or the job site is inaccessible, a minimum service fee of $40 may apply.
💵 Refunds
Payments made in advance are fully refundable if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance.
No refunds are issued for completed services unless there is a proven issue with the workmanship. We stand behind our quality and offer to revisit and resolve concerns within 72 hours of service.
🛠️ Service Warranty
We offer a 7-day workmanship guarantee. If any issues arise due to our assembly or installation, we’ll return at no additional charge.
